🚀 PPC Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: London | Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
Manage a portfolio of eCommerce and Lead Generation clients, driving performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads. Ideal for someone who enjoys balancing PPC / Paid Search strategy with hands-on campaign management in a collaborative agency environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Developing paid media strategies tailored to both eCommerce and Lead Generation clients.
- Monitoring performance, analysing data and implementing optimisation opportunities to maximise ROI.
- Managing budgets, forecasting performance and ensuring campaigns hit client KPIs.
- Producing clear, insightful reports and presenting recommendations to clients.
- Collaborating with SEO, Paid Social and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Keeping up to date with platform updates, automation and AI-driven campaign features.

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' experience managing PPC campaigns within an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong experience across Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience working with both eCommerce and Lead Generation accounts.
- Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data and making strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Google Ads certifications are a bonus.
