📈 PPC Manager

⚡ Tech Scale-up 📍 London (3 days per week office) đŸ’” ÂŁ55,000 - ÂŁ70,000

We are working with a high-growth Tech business in London to hire a PPC Manager. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with genuine ownership, giving you the opportunity to shape and develop paid search across an established UK market while driving growth across emerging European markets.

You’ll join a lean, specialist marketing function where paid media is a key driver of customer acquisition and revenue. With ambitious international growth plans, you’ll have the freedom to challenge existing approaches, identify new opportunities and influence how and where the business invests to scale performance.

The PPC Manager will take ownership of paid search across multiple markets, combining hands-on campaign management with longer-term strategy. You’ll test, analyse and optimise performance, dig beyond surface-level metrics to understand what is really driving results, and turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations that influence future investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
