We are working with a fantastic independent media agency who’ve built their success on great people, strong relationships and a genuine passion for doing things properly. They’re collaborative, down-to-earth and trusted by a brilliant mix of clients.

They’re now looking for a PPC Manager who’s confident, curious and excited to take ownership of paid search performance across a varied client portfolio. If you love digging into data, spotting opportunities and pushing campaigns forward, you’ll fit in perfectly.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be right at the heart of their PPC offering, building campaigns, shaping strategy and keeping things moving with a blend of creativity and clear thinking. Expect a mix of hands-on optimisation, client conversations, testing new ideas and making sure performance stays tight and purposeful.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a range of PPC accounts across multiple markets and platforms.
  • Working with internal teams to align PPC activity with wider digital plans.
  • Leading conversations with clients, presenting strategy, results and next steps.
  • Building and optimising campaigns end-to-end across paid search platforms.
  • Carrying out keyword research and shaping strategies for different territories.
  • Managing budgets confidently and forecasting spend accurately.
  • Producing clear monthly reports that highlight performance and recommendations.
  • Analysing data and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Running audits to ensure accounts stay sharp, structured and scalable.
  • Implementing tests and staying curious about what’s new in the PPC space.

  • PPC experience, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Confidence managing campaigns of different sizes and budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ease working with data.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Clear communication.
  • High proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
