📍 Location: Central London (2 days per week)

We're working with a fantastic agency that's looking to hire a PPC Operations Manager to join their growing team.
You'll be working across a portfolio of well-known household brands, helping to deliver high-performing Paid Search campaigns while ensuring operational excellence across multiple client accounts.
What you'll be doing
- 🎯 Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
- 📊 Driving performance through data analysis, reporting and testing
- 🤝 Working closely with Client Services, Strategy and Analytics teams
- ⚙️ Improving campaign processes and operational efficiencies
- 💡 Identifying new opportunities to grow client performance and maximise ROI
- 📈 Supporting campaign planning, forecasting and performance reviews

✅ What we're looking for
- 🎓 Degree qualified
- 📱 Strong hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns within an agency environment
- 📈 Confident analysing campaign performance and presenting insights
- 🧠 Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- 💬 Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholder expectations
- 🚀 Passionate about Paid Search and staying ahead of industry trends
