About The Company
An ambitious, fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for a PPC Manager to play a key role in expanding its Google Ads offering. Working with well-known consumer brands, you'll take ownership of PPC strategy and execution, helping clients achieve measurable commercial growth through data-driven campaigns. You'll collaborate with specialists across strategy, creative, and client services to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver PPC strategies aligned with clients' commercial objectives across Google Ads.
- Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio to provide commercially focused recommendations.
- Collaborate with Growth Strategists, Client Growth Managers, and Creative Strategists to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive continuous testing and optimisation to improve ROI, customer acquisition, and overall campaign performance.

Essential Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns within an agency or high-growth in-house environment.
- Strong hands-on experience across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets and optimising campaign performance.
- Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Centre, product feed optimisation, and GA4.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and client communication skills.
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Location: Remote, with travel to Manchester twice per month.
