About The Company

An ambitious, fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for a PPC Manager to play a key role in expanding its Google Ads offering. Working with well-known consumer brands, you'll take ownership of PPC strategy and execution, helping clients achieve measurable commercial growth through data-driven campaigns. You'll collaborate with specialists across strategy, creative, and client services to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a business investing heavily in its PPC capability. You'll work across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns while helping shape the future direction of the agency's performance marketing offering. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver PPC strategies aligned with clients' commercial objectives across Google Ads.
  • Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio to provide commercially focused recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Growth Strategists, Client Growth Managers, and Creative Strategists to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Drive continuous testing and optimisation to improve ROI, customer acquisition, and overall campaign performance.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns within an agency or high-growth in-house environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets and optimising campaign performance.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Centre, product feed optimisation, and GA4.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and client communication skills.

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Location: Remote, with travel to Manchester twice per month.
