PPC Executive (Google Ads)

Marketing | London Hybrid |

About us

At The Cotswold Company, we make beautiful, well-made furniture for homes that are lived in. We're a B Corp, and we back our pieces with a 15-year guarantee, because we believe good things should last. Most of our customers find us online. Paid search plays a big part in that, and we're now bringing more of it in-house. That's where you come in.

The role

This is a chance to help build something, not just run it. You'll join our Performance team, reporting to the Senior Performance Manager, as we move PPC from agency to in-house. Your first big project is Value-Based Bidding in Google Ads. It means using smarter data signals to find the customers who matter most, not just the most clicks. You'll work alongside our data and engineering colleagues to bring it to life, test it properly and show what it delivers. It's hands-on and varied. It's also a role that will grow as AI-led search grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
