Own and Optimise PPC and SEO

Want to own PPC and SEO rather than just report on it? We’re looking for a hands-on PPC & SEO Manager to take ownership of paid and organic search across two luxury travel brands: established LGBTQ+ travel specialist Out Of Office, and our newer luxury brand, Do Not Disturb.

We’re not looking for someone to simply keep campaigns ticking over. We want someone who gets into the detail, spots when something isn’t working, asks why, and has the confidence to do something about it.

You’ll have the freedom to test ideas, make optimisation decisions and put a proper structure around our SEO activity, with direct access to the people making the wider commercial decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and optimise Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen, alongside Meta
  • Manage campaign budgets and focus on what matters: lead volume, lead quality, conversions and ROI
  • Spot issues and opportunities, test new approaches and make optimisation decisions
  • Own SEO across both websites, creating a clear, structured plan to consistently improve rankings and organic performance
  • Track and report on rankings, organic traffic and conversions, showing what’s improving, what isn’t and what happens next
  • Carry out keyword research, on-page optimisation and identify technical SEO improvements
  • Work closely with our content team to improve existing content and identify new search opportunities
  • Help grow Do Not Disturb, testing new ways to generate quality leads for a newer luxury travel brand
  • Use GA4, paid media, SEO and CRM data to understand the full journey from traffic to lead to booking
  • Have input into CRO, landing pages and A/B testing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Why join us?

  • You’ll be working across two brands at very different stages. Out Of Office is an established luxury travel business, while Do Not Disturb gives you the opportunity to help shape how a newer brand grows.
  • You’ll have autonomy over the day-to-day running of PPC and SEO, while having direct access to senior management, sales, content and commercial teams. Your ideas won’t need to work their way through layers of management before you can test them.
  • We’re a small, experienced team, so you’ll be able to see the impact of what you do, from a change in Google Ads or rankings right through to the quality of leads and bookings coming into the business.

Requirements

  • Around 2 to 4 years’ hands-on experience across PPC and SEO, with experience independently managing campaigns and driving performance improvements
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta
  • Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets and improving ROI, conversions or CPA
  • Evidence that you’ve personally helped improve SEO rankings and organic performance
  • Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or similar
  • Someone who can turn SEO data into a structured plan and keep it moving
  • A proactive mindset: you’ll spot problems and opportunities rather than wait for someone else to point them out
  • A commercial understanding that traffic and leads are only valuable if they turn into customers
  • Experience with travel brands is a bonus, particularly luxury or tailor-made travel, but isn’t essential. Experience marketing other high-value products or services would also be relevant.
