About the Client
We’re working with an established digital agency based in Birmingham that is continuing to grow its performance marketing offering.
Due to continued client growth, they’re looking for a PPC Specialist to join the team and support the delivery of high-performing paid search campaigns across a range of sectors.

The PPC Specialist Role
As a PPC Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.
You’ll work across campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, budget optimisation, reporting and performance analysis, while working closely with wider digital teams to ensure campaigns deliver against client objectives.
You’ll also be expected to identify opportunities for growth, provide clear recommendations and contribute to the wider paid media strategy.
PPC Specialist Essential Skills
- Previous experience working within PPC / Paid Search
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Experience managing and optimising paid search campaigns
- Keyword research and campaign structure experience
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies and budget management
- Experience analysing campaign performance and producing reports
- Google Analytics / GA4 experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Agency experience would be highly desirable
