About us

We're a digital marketing agency with offices in Belfast and Montreal running paid media, email retention and ecommerce growth for DTC brands across North America and Europe. Key verticals include beauty, fashion/apparel, fitness and a few others. Real budgets, mostly Shopify, and we spend $15m+ a year across Meta and Google for our clients.

The role

You would be part of a small team with no layers. You'd work directly with our co-founder, who was the only accredited Facebook Marketing Consultant Partner in Ireland.

You'll own day-to-day Google Ads delivery across a portfolio of Google ad accounts. Building campaigns, managing feeds, analysing the numbers, spotting what's broken and how to fix it before the client does. This is a hands-on seat where you get better at the craft, on accounts big enough that the work actually matters.

The part most agencies can't offer you: you'll also have the opportunity to learn Meta buying properly, from someone who has spent 9+ years doing it at scale for DTC brands. If your Google is solid and your paid social is patchy, that gap closes here in a way it won't somewhere else. Or, you can stick to Google, we won't be offended.

What you'll do

  • Build, run and optimise profitable Google Ads campaigns across Performance Max, Shopping, Search and more primarily for ecommerce, with some lead gen clients. Key are making them as profitable as possible for our clients and also being able to show that Google is delivering incremental results
  • Own Merchant Center and product feed health - availability, disapprovals, segmentation, optimisation, the unglamorous stuff that decides whether Shopping works
  • Track and report performance: what moved, why it moved, and what you'd do about it
  • Flag problems early. Attribution looking odd, creative going stale, tracking dropping out - we'd rather hear it from you with a suggested fix than find it in a monthly report
  • Sit in on client calls and gradually take more of them as you find your feet
  • Work alongside our Meta buyers and learn that side of the house (if desired)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years hands-on Google Ads. You've personally built and managed campaigns - not just reported on someone else's or tweaked a couple of buttons once a month. You have likely run Shopping campaigns at scale and are also skilled at delivering successful lead gen campaigns too
  • Comfortable with managing feeds and Merchant Center
  • Numbers make sense to you. ROAS, nCPA, conversion rate, AOV, profit, impression share, etc. You can look at a drop and form a theory about what caused it.
  • You say things plainly. If something's going wrong you raise it early with a view on the fix, rather than waiting to be asked.
  • You use AI properly in your work. We lean on it heavily for creative, analysis, briefs and auditing. Comfort with Claude and similar tools matters here. Fluency with Claude Cowork or Code is a bonus.
  • Some flexibility around peak trading. Our clients are mostly North American and the big sale periods don't respect UK office hours, plus there is a 5-8 hour time difference (don't worry, we don't expect you to still be working at midnight)

  • Meta training from the only accredited Facebook Marketing Consultant Partner on the island, which is not something you can buy or get anywhere else in NI
