As a successful candidate, you will be given a clear progression path. We want rising talent to grow with us and there is ample opportunity for you to progress to the next level.

  • You’ve been involved in scaling accounts through hands-on optimisation, and are beginning to take on elements of Paid Media strategy.
  • You are an engaging, confident communicator, with experience presenting results and updates to key client stakeholders.
  • You have an appreciation for the craft of PPC, with an advanced understanding of Google Ads (Search, Shopping and Display).
  • You’re fluent in all things spreadsheets, and have a fondness for investigation through data.
  • You enjoy working with others as a part of a team, and want to continue working in a collaborative environment to meet shared goals.
  • Experience with SA360 / Kenshoo is a bonus to manage PPC campaigns - but your commitment to learning means that you’re constantly trying new tools and features.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
