We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused PPE Solutions Advisor to join our external sales team covering the South East region.

The Role

This is a field-based commercial role responsible for developing business within an assigned territory through the growth of existing accounts and the identification of new opportunities.

The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time visiting customers, distributors and end users, building strong relationships, supporting product trials and helping customers identify the most appropriate PPE solutions for their workplaces.

Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Product Management, you will take ownership of your region and contribute to the achievement of the Company's growth objectives through effective account management, business development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a territory business plan aligned to company objectives.
  • Achieve agreed growth, activity and performance targets within the region.
  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors, end users and key decision-makers.
  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maximise opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer visits across the territory.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training sessions.
  • Support wearer trials, product evaluations and new product launches.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer records, opportunities and forecasts within the CRM system.
  • Identify business risks and propose appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  • Represent the uvex brand professionally and positively at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
