Role: PPF Installer (Mobile)

Job Summary

As a PPF Installer (Mobile), you will travel to customer locations—such as car dealerships—to install Paint Protection Film (PPF). Your work requires a high level of quality, precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing automotive film with flawless execution
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with XPEL customers (wholesale and retail)
  • Occasionally transporting vehicles to/from XPEL facilities and third-party locations
  • Making judgment calls while prioritising customer service, safety, and timeliness
  • Ensuring punctuality, attendance, and reliability
  • Operating DAP software for cutting and pattern generation
  • Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Keeping the workspace clean and organised
  • Displaying a courteous attitude in a multi-cultural working environment

Responsibilities

  • Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) with exceptional quality and perfection
  • Work on premises such as dealerships, service centres, and other high-end automotive locations
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Adhere to scheduling and deadline commitments

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Not required (training provided)
  • Basic knowledge or experience with PAINT PROTECTION FILM (PPF) is preferable but not mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely drive premium/high-end vehicles
  • Strong excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precision work
  • Clear verbal communication skills for customer interactions
  • Ability to strive against deadlines and work under time-sensitive constraints
