We are seeking a PPM Administrator to join Arcus FM at our Cirencester site.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Insights, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) process, ensuring maintenance schedules are accurately loaded onto the CAFM system, engineer attendance is achieved within agreed timescales, and any remedial actions are progressed through to completion. The role supports the effective delivery of Facilities Management services by proactively identifying and addressing issues that may impact our clients' operations, while continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and promote efficient and effective ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing
- Management of contractors PPM schedules across multiple clients
- Uploading schedules to the CAFM system and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Tracking the on-time completion of PPMs and managing any issues
- Supporting the client and internal account management teams on compliance and PPM data for monthly review meetings
- Review and upload of paperwork in line with contractual KPIs
- End-to-end management of PPM remedials
- Keep up-to-date records on when Statutory Testing is due and overdue
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
What We're Looking For
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint desirable
- Excellent communication skills on both written and verbal
- Experience in Verisae would be desirable
