About The Role
Based in Livingston, the PPM Case Clean Technician works night shifts, Sunday to Thursday, 8:00pm to 5:00am, totalling 45 hours weekly. Pay is £13.22 per hour on a full-time contract. Duties include planned preventative maintenance and deep cleaning of commercial refrigeration cabinets at supermarket and retail sites across Scotland, so travel is required and a driving licence is essential. Tasks cover inspecting components, spotting refrigerant leaks, completing F-Gas checks and improving airflow. Prior refrigeration experience helps but is not necessary, since full training is given. Reliability and a willingness to learn suit this hands-on position.

Our client is looking for reliable and motivated Refrigeration Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team, carrying out PPM and deep-clean maintenance on commercial refrigeration cabinets across major supermarket and retail sites throughout Scotland.
Previous refrigeration experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
The Role
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on refrigeration cabinets
- Deep cleaning and maintaining refrigeration components
- Identifying refrigerant leaks and carrying out F-Gas checks
- Optimising airflow within refrigeration cabinets
- Condensate drain maintenance
- Inspecting and reporting on cabinet condition
- Completing maintenance records and following company procedures
- Carrying out additional PPM tasks as required
