The Role
As a PPM & Maintenance Operative, you will be joining our existing workforce and your day-to-day work will be highly varied. You will be involved in regular PPM duties, decorating, external landscaping, lawn & hedge care and general property maintenance across our range of mostly commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- PPM duties, regular checks on fire alarms, emergency lighting, water services and general building condition.
- Landscaping: Fencing, basic paving, lawn care and outdoor ground maintenance.
- Basic Plumbing & Electrical: Handyman-level tasks including fixing minor leaks, replacing taps, changing light fittings, switches, and sockets.
- General Maintenance: Tiling repairs, clearing gutters, building fabric repairs, and resolving reactive maintenance issues.
- Client Relations: Representing the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in carpentry, landscaping, and general property maintenance.
- Competency in basic handyman tasks, including simple domestic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- A strong, practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work overtime when required and the occasional overnight stay
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Essential: A valid, clean Full UK Driving Licence.
