Are you an experienced administrator ready to move into leadership, or an established Team Leader looking for your next challenge? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a PPM Team Leader to manage a team of five administrators supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance activity.

This is a 100% office-based role within a fast-paced operational environment.


The Role

As The PPM Team Leader, You’ll

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of five administrators.
  • Manage workloads, priorities, performance and service levels.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and coaching.
  • Oversee day-to-day PPM administration and associated processes.
  • Coordinate procurement and wider administrative activities.
  • Monitor operational targets and support month-end reporting.
  • Produce and analyse performance data using Excel.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, supply partners and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance.

You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Previous Team Leader, supervisory or people management experience.
  • Strong administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to performance and continuous improvement.
  • PPM, Maximo or Facilities Management experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
