Opportunity: PPM Team Leader – Red Card Administration Lead
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Larkhill (100% Office Based) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
About the Role
As the PPM Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of five administrators, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers, clients, and supply partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management, development, and performance of an administration team (three established members + two new hires).
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance administration, procurement processes, reporting requirements, and stakeholder communications, ensuring work is accurate and completed on time.
- Manage workloads and operational priorities while leading team performance, including:
- Conducting performance reviews
- Managing attendance and wellbeing
- Handling employee relations and disciplinary processes (in partnership with HR).
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, customers, service providers, supply partners, and internal operational teams.
- Produce and analyse performance data, meet month-end reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvement by implementing new processes.
- Inspire and develop team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.

What You’ll Need
We are looking for a confident and motivated People Leader who can:
- Lead a team (formal administration experience preferred or supervisory/team leadership readiness).
- Excel in a fast-paced administrative environment, juggling competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, positive relationships across all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting—Maximo experience is a plus (but training will be provided).
- Be organised, proactive, and resilient, with a focus on performance management and employee development.
- Possess strong analytical and communication abilities, along with a customer-first mindset.

- Fully office-based role based at our Larkhill location.
- Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS Security Clearance.
