Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You must have previous experience of managing a team within a quality or warehousing environment and an ability to train and develop team members. You will drive your team to perform to the highest standards monitoring absence, productivity performance, and errors. You will also be identifying ways to keep them on track and focused to achieve their targets.

What You’ll Bring

  • Our Departments are large, fast-paced, and some are 24-hour operations so there will often be a need for you to act independently and to think on your feet.
  • Your expertise is valued and as a PQC Manager, you will need to search out solutions, drawing upon your previous experience to make sound operational decisions.
  • There will be times when you are required to support and cover at our other sites.

If you’re passionate and thrive on no two days being the same, feel exhilarated working under pressure and to tight deadlines, then this could be the next step for you.
