Fast-growing consultancy partnering with start-ups, scale-ups and high-growth companies – looking to hire ambitious Account Director / Senior Account Director / Associate Director candidates to lead on a fantastic portfolio of ambitious fintech clients.

They are looking for candidates who understand both the challenges and opportunities when it comes to working with frontier fintech clients – someone who understands both the regulatory environments, and has the ability to work with specialist media.

Joining an ambitious, early-stage consultancy at a senior level, this AD / SAD / Ass. Dir will:

  • Work with senior colleagues and inspiring agency founders to develop and deliver strategic communications and media engagement programme; supporting through major milestones, funding rounds and broader reputation briefs
  • Work directly with founders to deliver strategic counsel
  • Manage a talented team, and oversee campaign execution and delivery
  • Contribute to the ongoing impressive growth of the business – identifying opportunities and supporting on the pitch process
