Growing B2B technology communications agency looking to hire an Account Director.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with ambitious technology businesses and wants a role with genuine ownership, senior client exposure, and the chance to shape both the work and the agency itself.
You’ll lead a portfolio of B2B technology clients, working directly with founders, executives, and senior marketing teams to turn complex technical and commercial ideas into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and integrated campaigns.
The client mix spans high-growth start-ups through to global enterprises, with work across areas including fintech, deep tech, quantum computing, and space.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The role goes well beyond traditional media relations. You’ll lead programmes across PR, thought leadership, content, social, and wider marketing, while taking responsibility for account strategy, senior client counsel, team leadership, and commercial growth.
The agency is actively building AI into the way they research, think, develop strategy, and deliver work, and want someone who is curious about how it can improve the quality of communications rather than simply make things faster.

- Strong agency experience, ideally across B2B technology
- Experience leading accounts and advising senior clients

The role is hybrid, with a minimum of one day a week in the London office.
It would suit someone who wants the autonomy of a senior agency role, but still enjoys being close to the work rather than moving entirely into management.
