Role Description
The PR Account Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Soho, London. This role leads client accounts, develops integrated PR strategies, and oversees the delivery of high-impact campaigns across traditional, digital, and community channels. The PR Account Director will manage account teams, monitor performance against KPIs and objectives, meets the agency's creative and strategic standards, and be a go-to for senior client counsel.

As a PR Account Director, you form a key part of the SMT, contributing to New Business direction, leading on pitches, managing junior team members, and supporting the agency's continued growth and evolution of service offering.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in PR setting (agency or in-house - director level or equivalent)
- Experience leading strategy for a variety of brands, product types, and budgets
- Well-versed in Consumer insights, and tapped in culturally
- Strong little black book of media and industry relations
- Proven track record of account managing, including senior client relationship management and campaign planning
- Ability to develop, and manage multi-channel PR strategies throughout the year/season
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with data and insights to inform strategy, measure impact, and refine campaigns
