The agency
We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected strategic communications agency known for delivering high-impact PR for organisations working on complex, often mission-critical briefs. The agency partners with innovative technology businesses, education organisations and purpose-led brands, helping them engage the right audiences with clarity, credibility and influence.
This is a consultancy-style PR agency built by senior communications specialists and former journalists. They are trusted for their ability to simplify complex issues, create standout narratives and secure meaningful media coverage that drives real-world outcomes. Their work spans strategic PR, media relations, thought leadership and digital communications. Clients range from fast-growth tech companies and education organisations to policy-adjacent and enterprise businesses. The culture is grown-up, flexible and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, trust and high standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
