Account Director / Senior Account Director – Property & Placemaking PR
London – hybrid working
£45,000 - £60,000
Are you passionate about property, places and the stories that make them matter?
I’m looking for an ambitious, switched-on and genuinely enthusiastic Account Director or Senior Account Director to join a small, vibrant PR agency with a big appetite for making an impact across the property and placemaking sector.
This is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t simply work in property PR, but is genuinely interested in the industry — someone who follows what’s happening in the built environment, understands the forces shaping our towns and cities, and gets excited by the stories behind the buildings, developments and places that people live, work and spend time in.
You’ll be joining a close-knit agency where people know each other, ideas are encouraged and everyone has a voice. The agency is small enough for you to make a real difference, but established enough to have an impressive portfolio of clients and a reputation for delivering thoughtful, creative and effective PR.
A role with real ownership
As Account Director, you’ll have the opportunity to own and grow important client relationships rather than simply manage accounts from the sidelines.
Clients operate across property, development, regeneration and placemaking and they look for more than media coverage. They want a trusted PR partner who understands their business, their ambitions and the wider conversations happening across the industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
That means this opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a client’s business. Someone who can sit around a table with senior property professionals and confidently contribute to the conversation. Someone who can spot the story in a planning announcement, understand why a regeneration scheme matters to a community, or turn a complex development proposition into something people genuinely want to talk about.
You’ll bring energy, curiosity and commercial awareness to your client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and someone clients value having in the room.
Property should be something you care about
We’re particularly interested in hearing from PR professionals who have built their career within an agency environment (or have at least spent time within an agency somewhere in their career) and have developed a genuine passion for property and placemaking.
Perhaps you’re fascinated by how cities evolve. Perhaps you’re interested in regeneration, development, residential, commercial property or the future of our high streets. Maybe you’re the person who notices a new development going up and wants to know what’s behind it — or who has an opinion on what makes a great place to live, work or visit.
Whatever your particular interest, we want that enthusiasm to come through.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You’ll ideally have strong agency experience at Account Director or a highly experienced Senior Account Manager level, together with a proven track record of working with property-focused clients. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys the pace, variety and creativity of agency life.
Small agency. Big personality.
There’s something different about working in a small agency.
You won’t disappear into a hierarchy or become one of dozens of people working on an account. Your contribution will be visible. You’ll have direct access to senior people, a genuine opportunity to shape client strategy and the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table. It also means being hands-on across all aspects of PR.
We’re ambitious, collaborative and entrepreneurial, but we also believe that good work comes from enjoying what you do and the people you do it with.
We’re looking for someone who will add to that culture — passionate about their work, confident enough to lead from the front, commercially minded, curious about the world around them and generous with their ideas.
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine your PR expertise with a genuine interest in property and placemaking, take ownership of valued client relationships and become a key part of a small but growing agency, we’d love to hear from you.
This could be the opportunity to take your career — and your influence — to the next level.
