We're on the lookout for a skilled PR account executive to join our team on an initial 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
This exec-level role involves collaborating with account managers and contributing to the team to deliver outstanding results and achieve high-quality coverage and backlinks for both B2B and B2C clients.

This is a full-time role based in our Manchester or Nottingham office, and we offer flexible working, with two days WFH and three days in the office.
About the role
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the creation of PR and Digital PR content, including press releases and blog campaign copy.
- Distributing and formatting press releases.
- Research and identifying suitable media contacts for campaigns.
- Conduct personalised outreach to secure media coverage and backlinks.
- Data analysis to create insight-led campaigns.
- Thorough media and forward feature research.
- Monitor media coverage and report on campaign performance.
- Completing monthly audits and competitor analysis.
- Attendance at client meetings when required.
- Event attendance when required.
- Bi-weekly status report meeting attendance.
- General assistance to the senior account team.
- Monitor industry news, trends, and relevant topics to identify PR opportunities.
- Supporting crisis communications where necessary across accounts.

Required Skills:
- 1+ year working at a busy PR or digital marketing agency or in-house role.
- Have worked on B2B and/or B2C PR campaigns.
- A proven communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and persuading journalists.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and its role within digital marketing.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
- Teamwork-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Creative skills and the ability to contribute ideas.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
