The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hardworking PR & Communications Executive to support the business with several premium clients in the sailing and motorsport world. You will be working across hospitality, event management and PR and communications, as well as supporting the running of key accounts and client coordination. The role sits within a supportive team and given the breadth of the position would allow the candidate to understand all aspects of sports marketing, particularly across partnership activations. Ideally you will have a keen attitude, willingness to learn and an interest in and passion for sailing and motorsport.

Responsibilities
- Support across our premium sailing and motorsport accounts – supporting Account Managers and Account Directors and acting as a key coordinator for our clients’ day-to-day needs, sharing regular updates (meeting notes, agendas, etc.) and ensuring the agency anticipates and meets their every need
- Coordinate experiential hospitality and on-event guest programmes, alongside the account leads – including timelines, logistics, content support, briefing documents and reports
- Work closely with clients, becoming an extension of their in-house team, as well as working collaboratively with key stakeholders and suppliers in the sailing and motorsport ecosystems to create seamless activations
- Operate our global sailing and motorsport press offices, including supporting across communication strategies and key messaging, as well as liaising with media globally
- Conceptualise and draft high-quality written content, such as brochures or client-facing documents
- Liaise with and coordinate ambassadors, stakeholders and company staff
- Support across post-event reporting and coverage analysis
- Represent the agency and clients professionally at events around the world including leading sailing regattas
- Support Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver above and beyond for sailing, yachting and motorsport clients.

About You
- Passionate and knowledgeable about sport – particularly sailing, the yachting world and motorsport
- Experience working in an event hosting or hospitality setting – working with luxury clientele is a bonus
- Ability to proactively and calmly handle challenges, resolving unforeseen challenges quickly
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Well organised and able to meet deadlines
- Conscientious and proactive with a good understanding of the sporting landscape
- Able to operate well in a team environment
- Willing to travel, with flexibility in working hours to accommodate varying schedules and client needs
- Valid driving license and passport
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with additional languages being a bonus.
