About Punch

Punch is an integrated marketing agency specialising in the hospitality sector, working with exceptional brands to deliver results-driven campaigns. We’re passionate about helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences, blending strategic insight with creative execution.

How to apply

Send your CV to jess@punch-hospitality.com and include examples of PR campaigns/content you have led and the results achieved. Hospitality experience preferable!

Location

At Punch we embrace work-life balance with our four-day workweek, operating from Monday to Thursday, and a hybrid work model, allowing you to spend three days in the office and one day working from home.

Purpose

To combine strategic thinking, creativity and strong account management skills to deliver effective PR activity for Punch’s clients and the agency itself.

You'll lead the development and implementation of integrated PR strategies that generate meaningful coverage, enhance client reputations and contribute to wider business objectives.

Alongside this, you’ll build and retain trusted relationships with clients, journalists, influencers, and industry contacts, while identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and Punch’s PR offering. You’ll also identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and contribute ideas that strengthen Punch’s wider PR offering, as well as supporting other junior members of the team, providing constructive feedback and regular quality assurance.

  • Maintain strong client relationships, anticipate challenges and ensure all agreed activity is delivered effectively.
  • Manage your PR activity across the agency from briefing through to delivery, coordinating deadlines, budgets, resources and approvals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
