to join our growing team: someone who plays a key role in the day-to-day running of client accounts, helping to shape and deliver integrated campaigns across a range of sectors. This role is about balancing relationships, delivery and problem-solving.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in an account management or client services role within an agency or relevant marketing/communications environment
- Strong PR, project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities at once
- Ability to build positive client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a calm approach under pressure
- Genuine interest in creative communications, behaviour change, health, wellbeing or purpose-led work
- A kind, conscientious and ambitious team player who shares our agency beliefs of: In it Together, Make it Count and Human at Heart
What you’ll do:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of client projects and campaigns
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
- Writing clear briefs, timelines, status updates and contact reports
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Supporting the development of integrated campaigns across channels including creative, digital, PR and social
- Playing a supporting role in managing production projects from photo shoots to video shoots, including the planning in pre-production to delivery of final edits and shoots
- Keeping a close eye on project progress, budgets and deliverables
- Spotting opportunities to add value for clients and support account growth
- Helping maintain high standards across every stage of project delivery
- Bringing energy, ideas and a solutions-focused mindset to the team
