The Role

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Activation, our full-time PR & Advocacy Executive is based at our London office. As NEOM Wellbeing's dedicated PR role, you'll make PR happen across the business: running the press office, being the day-to-day contact for our PR agency, and securing top product placements in the press features where NEOM Wellbeing should shine.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, well-organised and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be confident working on your own while being a true team player. You'll be at the forefront of our PR activity, and your role will be key to making sure NEOM Wellbeing is seen and celebrated across all media channels, from websites and TV to magazines, blogs and beyond.
You'll work closely with the Consumer Activation, Social Media, Brand, Creative, Digital, Customer Marketing and wider Marketing teams to bring activations to life and deliver a seamless, omni-channel Consumer Activation strategy.

What You Will Do
- Run the press office day to day as the business's dedicated PR lead and first point of contact for all press and PR activity, including:
- Monitoring and tracking daily press and influencer coverage.
- Weekly and monthly internal reporting to the Head of Consumer Activation and wider Marketing team, tracking against KPIs and sharing context and insight.
- Organising invoices and PO orders.
- Monitoring the PR inbox and responding to press queries.
- Leading proactive and reactive press pitching, finding opportunities for NEOM to be seen in the right titles and features.
- Developing relationships with influencers and journalists through face-to-face meetings and regular communication, growing NEOM's media and talent network.
- Managing daily UK product send-outs.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for our PR agency and the key link between the agency and our internal teams. You'll make sure internally agreed plans and briefs are communicated clearly and actioned on time.
- Run regular status meetings with the agency and share updates, coverage and opportunities with the wider business.
- Manage inventory orders for our US PR agency.
- Manage the Influencer Marketing Platform: adding and engaging with talent and monitoring talent performance.
- Own the PR calendar, awards entries and tracking.
- Manage the creative and logistics for all PR mailers.
- Lead the planning, organising and logistics for all PR events.
- Work with the wider Marketing team to bring consumer activations to life, building PR into campaign and launch planning from the start.
- Support with raising POs, working within budgets agreed by the Head of Consumer Activation.
- Share PR wins with the internal team, along with regular articles of interest, trends and competitor insights for the wider business.
What You Will Bring
- Proven PR experience, either in-house or agency side, ideally within beauty, wellness or lifestyle.
- Experience working day to day with a PR agency (or agency side with in-house clients), including briefing and following up on actions.
- Confidence working on your own as the business's dedicated PR lead: able to prioritise, make decisions and own outcomes, while being a true team player within the wider Marketing team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for beauty, health and wellbeing, with alignment to our core values.
- Extremely well organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong relationship-building skills with journalists, editors and talent.
- Proficiency in project management and event planning, with the ability to bring activations to life.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- An interest in staying up to date with the latest cultural trends, media and social media channels.
- Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- High energy, a willingness to learn and the desire to get stuck in.
- Team focused, with a can-do attitude and a positive, growth mindset.
- Enjoys a fast-paced business with a 'start up' mentality and approach.
