Full-time, In-house – London – Reports to Head of Marketing & PR
About Glassworks
Founded in London in 2010, Glassworks is a fresh, totally independent fashion brand, style-obsessed and passionate about both bricks-and-mortar boutiques and streamlined digital shopping. Our stores and website drop small runs of completely new fashion every week, backed by a team that genuinely loves what they do. We are scaling fast across UK retail and US ecommerce and we need sharp, driven people to grow with us.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused PR and Influencer Coordinator to own Glassworks' press and influencer programme. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & PR, you will be the person who gets Glassworks in front of the right people, builds lasting relationships with press and creators, and converts those relationships into organic coverage that drives real commercial impact. This role is measured on results. If you are someone who thrives on building connections, understands what makes a story land and wants to grow a PR function at an ambitious independent brand, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own the PR outreach programme, proactively pitching Glassworks to relevant press, stylists and media contacts to secure organic coverage
- Build and manage a portfolio of influencer relationships across fashion, lifestyle and relevant niche communities, with a particular focus on UK and US audiences
- Manage the full influencer cycle from identification and outreach to seeding, briefing and tracking results
- Plan, organise and manage Glassworks' fashion week suite presence, handling all logistics and securing the right press and influencer attendance to maximise brand impact
- Handle all press loan requests and product placement opportunities, ensuring timely and professional management of samples
- Monitor and report on PR and influencer performance, tracking coverage, reach and commercial impact against clear KPIs
- Maintain and grow the brand's press and influencer contact database
- Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing and PR to keep Glassworks' approach current and competitive

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
