At Seasalt, creativity is in our DNA.

We began in 1981 in a small shop in Penzance, crafting workwear for local mariners and artists. Today, we’re a modern lifestyle brand with over 80 shops across the UK and Ireland, 400+ wholesale stockists, and a growing global presence. We may have grown, but we’ve always stayed true to our roots with Cornwall’s artistic influence and maritime heritage woven into every garment.

As a certified B Corp and winner of Drapers “Best Place to Work” in 2024, we’re proud to balance our culture with long term growth. It's an exciting time to join us as we build on our distinct creative handwriting, brand differentiation, and expanding both internationally and in the UK.

Role Overview

Our PR Administrator is a pivotal role in the PR & Communications team. Working closely with our in-house teams and external agencies, you will ensure the day-to-day elements of our PR strategy and plans are put into action efficiently and effectively. You have a keen interest in fashion – keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and trends - influencer and media culture, and you have the capacity to thrive in a continuously evolving workplace.

Our PR Administrator will liaise with our agencies in the UK, along with partners’ in-house press office teams and agencies. You will be the go-to for regular media enquiries from trade press, making sure they are dealt with by relevant internal contacts to meet deadlines and maintain our visibility in key titles. PR support for new stores, innovations and experiences are also an integral part of this role, helping to create excitement and drive awareness for the Seasalt brand with our external audiences.

Please note, this is a part-time (4 days per week) family leave cover, estimated to last approximately 12 months. The preference for this role would be to work a Monday and Tuesday, but working patterns can be discussed within the recruitment process. As part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week) and remotely within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the wider Marketing Team (Marketing Planning & Ops, Creative and Digital) to provide agencies and channels with stories and content to support seasonal collections and product launches, including producing seasonal press look books and assets with the Creative team.
  • Write effective PR materials, including press releases, briefing documents and other communication content.
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison with the external PR agency and managing relationships with media, influencers and other partners.
  • Plan, coordinate and attend seasonal press launches, store appointments and PR events in partnership with the external agency.
  • Support influencer strategy and plans, working closely with the Affiliate Lead and Social Team, and managing media and influencer gifting, seeding and event goody bags.
  • Respond to online press, print and influencer enquiries, and coordinate PR samples for media, influencers, agencies and partners, ensuring they are recorded, monitored and returned.
  • Maintain and update the PR and communications calendar in line with the wider brand marketing calendar and supporting the implementation of PR strategies and plans.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market innovation, industry developments, social media trends, fashion trends, styles, celebrities/opinion formers and the online community.
  • Provide regular PR updates for trade meetings, posting media coverage and articles of interest on Anchor, and attending relevant team meetings to review progress and identify future priorities.
  • Support the administration of the PR & Comms function, including raising PO numbers for the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
