Esports PR: Associate Account Executive / Account Executive
Central London — fully flexible, remote available

An early-career PR role for someone who genuinely follows esports, working on some of the biggest names in the scene.
The client: Gaming & Esports Communications Agency
An established London communications agency specialising in video games and esports, working across the industry from publishers and hardware brands to teams, tournaments and events. The culture is friendly and supportive, people are trusted with real responsibility early, and progression is strong — several of the senior team started at executive level.

You'd join the team working on the agency's esports accounts, which include leading international esports organisations, a major football gaming title and big industry events. It's a role for someone who knows the scene inside out — the teams, the leagues, the players and the stories — and wants to put that knowledge to work in PR.
Day to day, you'd support press office activity and announcements, draft pitches, releases and features, build relationships with esports and gaming media, and help with events, interviews and coverage tracking. Social content and reporting are part of it too, along with travel to events when needed.

You'll need some PR experience — a solid internship of around six months is enough — or a background writing about esports or gaming as a journalist or content writer. Most importantly, you'll need a real, first-hand knowledge of and interest in esports. Beyond that: a strong writer, organised and good with people.
