Location: 3 days in Brighton office (some opportunity to WFH)
Hours: 21 Hours PW, 6 month contract
Reports To: PR Manager
We are looking for a highly organised, creative and enthusiastic PR Intern / PR Assistant to join our team and support the visibility of our jewellery brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, and communications, who wants hands-on experience working across PR, media, influencers, events and brand storytelling.
You will work closely with the PR and marketing team to build brand awareness, secure meaningful coverage and strengthen relationships with editors, stylists, and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
PR & Media
- Help research and identify relevant fashion, jewellery, lifestyle and luxury media.
- Assist with compiling and maintaining media contact lists and PR databases
- Draft and distribute press releases, pitches, product information and media updates
- Monitor press coverage and create regular coverage reports
- Assist with responding to journalist and influencer product requests
- Research upcoming editorial features, gifting guides, trend stories and relevant media opportunities

Events & Brand Activations
- Assist with planning and executing PR events
- Support guest list management and RSVP tracking
- Help with event logistics, invitations, gifting and sample preparation
- Assist on-site at events and activations when required.
- Research relevant industry events, partnerships and networking opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
- Wants to pursue a career in PR & communications.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented.
- Comfortable building relationships and communicating with external contacts.

Skills & Experience
- Internship, work experience or university experience in PR, communications, fashion, marketing or a related field is welcomed but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and an understanding of influencer marketing.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- An eye for aesthetics, storytelling and brand presentation.
- A genuine interest in the jewellery and fashion media landscape.
- Enthusiastic with great initiative.
