ABOUT US

Climate Impact Partners is the trusted partner for organizations taking ambitious climate action. Since 1997, we’ve helped leading businesses reduce or remove more than 151 million tonnes of CO₂e, turning climate ambition into measurable results.

We deliver high-quality carbon market solutions: developing and financing impactful projects, managing carbon credit and energy attribute certificate portfolios, and helping companies put a price on carbon to drive change.

By connecting corporates, governments, innovators, and project partners, we accelerate investment in climate solutions that deliver verified impact and advance progress toward net-zero goals.

What sets us apart:

  • Boundless, urgent ambition. We are accountable, relentless, resilient.
  • Courage to innovate. We are courageous, creative, curious.
  • Integrity without compromise. We are trustworthy, credible, committed.
  • Empowered to serve. We are respectful, inclusive, collaborative.

THE ROLE

As a PR Associate with Climate Impact Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving climate action by providing operational support across Climate Impact Partners' PR and Communications function, with a particular focus on running our corporate social media channels and supporting the delivery of external events.

The role also provides light-touch support on announcement drafting and awards submissions, giving the postholder a well-rounded introduction to comms.

This role is critical to building Climate Impact Partners’ brand, ensuring the business maintains a consistent, professional external presence day to day, freeing up senior leadership to focus on strategic narrative, media relations, and reputational risk management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily publishing, scheduling and governance of Climate Impact Partners’ corporate social channels (primarily LinkedIn).
  • Draft social posts aligned to the editorial calendar, leadership visibility needs and market developments.
  • Ensure all content meets claims, accuracy and reputational safeguards before publishing (with Director sign-off on anything sensitive).
  • Track performance through monthly reporting, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support executive social media activity (drafting, posting, engagement monitoring).
  • Lead live social coverage for events, award wins, announcements and milestones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
