PR Associate Director | Asset & Wealth Management | Financial Services
Location: London | Work Model: Hybrid (4x days in office)
Role: Will look at AD/SAD stepping up or ASD
Salary: £65,000–£80,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
We're working with an award-winning reputation management consultancy that partners with some of the world's leading financial services businesses, organisations and senior individuals.
They're looking for an Associate Director to join their growing team, leading high-profile client accounts, shaping strategic communications programmes and mentoring talented consultants.

The role:
- Lead integrated communications strategies for major financial services clients.
- Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee and develop client teams, ensuring exceptional delivery across multiple accounts.
- Play a key role in new business, pitches and agency growth.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
About you:
- 5-7+ years' experience within Financial Services PR or a similar professional services environment.
- Strong experience advising senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record delivering successful PR campaigns.
- Commercially minded with experience contributing to new business.
- Confident leading teams and developing talent.
- Strong financial services media knowledge and journalist network.
