Kepler Interactive is a collective of creatives working together to bring bold, beautiful ideas and experiences to life. We believe in empowering creativity, championing diverse voices, and shaping what’s next in interactive entertainment.
We work with independent studios to bring distinctive games and creative ideas to audiences around the world. There isn’t one formula for doing that. Every game is different, and we want our campaigns to feel that way too.
We’re looking for a PR & Communications Manager to lead PR and communications activity for Kepler Interactive, our creative projects and range of games within our portfolio. This is a hands-on, creative role and you’ll work closely with our studios, creative and marketing specialists, external agencies and partners to find the stories worth telling and work out the most interesting and impactful ways to tell them. You'll need to be genuinely immersed in culture, with an appreciation for games, but with an eye to how video games interact with other parts of the cultural spectrum.
This is a role for someone who understands the fundamentals of great PR in video games but doesn’t feel constrained by them. You’ll need strong judgement, excellent communication skills and the confidence to bring ideas to the table, challenge convention and adapt your approach to the project, project, studio and audience in front of you.
This role is a 12 months FTC.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and execute impactful PR campaigns for Kepler Interactive and games within our portfolio, developing communications plans that reflect the identity, audience and ambition of each game as well as Kepler’s broader vision.
- Identify PR opportunities, angles and creative moments, including ones that take a game beyond games press into culture, entertainment or lifestyle coverage, that can help our games cut through and build meaningful attention.
- Work closely with our development partners, building trusted relationships with studios around the world and providing thoughtful PR counsel, expertise and recommendations.
- Oversee relationships with international PR partners, briefing and working with global agencies to deliver effective campaigns across key markets from announcements, first looks, previews, reviews, launches and beyond.
- Build integrated campaigns, partnering with creative, marketing, social media, influencer and other specialists to make sure PR is contributing to a bigger, connected idea rather than operating in isolation.
- Contribute to strategic direction and ideation for all projects, aligning all efforts to Kepler’s vision and goals.
- Copywriting for everything from press releases and news posts to store pages, websites, messaging and other campaign copy. You’ll help make sure our external communications are consistent, genuinely engaging and always distinctly Kepler.
- Manage key industry moments, including awards submissions, events, announcements and other opportunities to put our games and studios in front of the right audiences.
- Understand what’s landing by monitoring and evaluating coverage, sentiment and other relevant data to refine future strategies and inform what we do next.
- Keep experimenting. Bring new ideas, formats and approaches to our communications work and help us challenge what games PR traditionally looks like.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
You’ll have experience working in PR and/or communications or games marketing, either in-house or agency-side, and a strong understanding of how games reach press, creators, players and wider audiences.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
- Is creative, curious about games and culture, and comfortable generating ideas as well as executing them.
- Can proactively take ownership of PR activity from early thinking through to execution and evaluation.
- Knows the media landscape beyond games as well as within it across our priority territories - staying ahead of where it’s shifting and eager to build direct relationships with the outlets and writers who matter most to us.
- Is a strong writer and communicator, able to adapt tone and messaging for different games, studios and audiences.
- Has excellent judgement around tone, audience and brand, including a genuine grasp of what make Kepler Interactive’s own identity and vision distinctive both separately and together with the games we publish.
- Can manage multiple projects, campaigns and priorities without losing sight of the detail.
- Builds strong relationships and is comfortable working with everyone from development teams and specialist agencies to senior internal stakeholders.
- Enjoys experimenting and collaboration and understands that the best campaign ideas rarely belong to one discipline.
- Seeks influences from everywhere and anywhere, not just relying on those commonly seen within video games.
- Is comfortable giving a point of view, receiving challenge and evolving an idea through feedback.
