You’ll have proven experience in, and be confident, in owning and executing impactful PR campaigns for ongoing messaging, updates, and community engagement for games that receive continuous, long-term content updates.

This is a hybrid role based in London, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

  • Own and execute impactful, integrated communications campaigns that reflect each game's identity, audience and Kepler's broader vision, across a number of projects, early access launches, live service titles and various games within our back catalogue.
  • Build and manage external PR and influencer agency partnerships across key markets, from announcement through post-launch.
  • Create integrated campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Social and Production teams.

  • Balance competing priorities across multiple games and projects at once, adapting quickly as priorities shift.
  • Contribute strategic direction and ideation aligned with company goals, and communicate performance and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Copywriting for press releases, news posts, store pages and campaign messaging.
  • Oversee industry moments including awards submissions, events and announcements.
  • Monitor coverage, sentiment and campaign data to refine strategy.
  • Cultivate relationships with international development partners and studios globally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
