  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Fashion & Accessories team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard from planning through to execution, while building strong relationships with both brands and internal stakeholders to support seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support the planning and delivery of press events, seasonal press days, launches, influencer activations and brand experiences.
  • Create bespoke mailers and pitches for editors, driving proactive product placement aligned to editorial calendars, seasonal moments and cultural trends.
  • Manage image requests, product call-ins and proactively identify new editorial opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key editors, journalists and stylists to secure consistent, high-quality editorial coverage.
  • Monitor and report on Fashion & Accessories press coverage, compiling regular coverage reports and campaign analysis to be shared both internally and externally.
  • Drive a proactive editorial loans, VIP dressing and gifting strategy, curating talent lists, managing product call-ins, packing and in-store hosting for both Selfridges and brand-led activity.
  • Support buyer commentary opportunities and help to develop product-led stories that position Selfridges as an authority across Fashion and Accessories.
  • Generate creative ideas for launches, partnerships and social moments, staying ahead of fashion, cultural and consumer trends.
  • Support the Social team by identifying trends, researching talent and creators, assisting on shoots and contributing ideas that drive engaging content across channels.
  • Support the wider PR team on administrative tasks, maintaining and organising PR assets, managing press and influencer databases (Launchmetrics & Lefty), proactively identifying new contacts and opportunities, and coordinating supplier set-up, invoices and talent contracts with relevant internal teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
