What You’ll Do
Provide support across PR/Influencer and the full marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination, preparation, and execution of activities. While product sendouts and press office operations are handled by the agency, the coordinator supports these areas when required.
The position will report to the Senior PR & Influencer Manager-UKI

Additional support to:
- Senior Manager, Brand Marketing & full marketing team
Allocation: ~80% PR/Influencer support, ~20% broader marketing support
What You’ll Be Working On

80%) PR & Influencer Support:
- Support product sendouts and gifting in collaboration with the PR agency.
- Assist with press office needs where required, including sample tracking or information requests.
- Support influencer seeding logistics, creator lists, and briefing needs.
- Assist with event preparation, logistics, and on-site support.
- Maintain internal PR trackers, calendars, and coverage documents.

20%) Full Marketing Team Support:
- Support team meeting preparation, agendas, and documentation.
- Help maintain team calendars, trackers, and shared resources.
- Assist with sampling, Merch, and GWP coordination when needed.
- Support campaign and launch execution across Brand and Product teams.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support across the department.
Must Haves
- 2-3 years in PR, influencer, or marketing support roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Collaborative and proactive.
