The Advocate Group is representing a globally recognised luxury brand in the search for an exciting new vacancy for a PR & Engagement Manager to drive integrated, earned-first consumer engagement strategies across PR, influencer marketing, social content, experiential activations, and earned media.
The role works cross-functionally across Brand, Go-To-Market, Trade Marketing, Online, CRM, Paid Media and Creative teams to deliver connected consumer experiences and ensure campaigns are executed consistently across all touchpoints.
The Role:
- Execute PR, influencer, and social-first campaign activations aligned to global and local strategy
- Translate global campaign toolkits into locally relevant consumer engagement moments across earned, owned, and social channels
- Support the delivery of launch campaigns, brand moments, and cultural activations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Ensure all activity is aligned with brand positioning, visual identity, and communication guidelines
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, gifting programmes, seeding, and content approvals
- Support PR activity, including launches, advocacy initiatives, press moments, and media engagement
- Assist in the planning and delivery of experiential activations, events, and consumer experiences
- Manage day-to-day coordination with agencies and external partners to support timely execution
- Support the creation, scheduling, and amplification of social-first content across platforms
- Partner with Content, Paid Media, and Online teams on integrated storytelling and campaign amplification
- Track campaign performance and support reporting with insights and optimisation recommendations
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Retail, CRM, and Online teams to ensure consistent omnichannel execution

About You:
- Experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, brand marketing, or integrated communications
- Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer ecosystems, and consumer trends
- Experience supporting integrated marketing or consumer engagement campaigns
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Commercial awareness and understanding of omnichannel consumer journeys
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and engagement performance data
- Strong attention to detail and operational execution capability
