This is a founder-led beauty brand with a global PR footprint, London, New York and Los Angeles, and a founder whose profile is part of the commercial engine. The PR Events and Affiliates Manager role sits close to the centre of it: coordinating agencies, running events, and building affiliate channels into genuine revenue drivers. For someone who wants pace, ownership and direct access to decision-making, this is a rare combination.
Your New Role
- Act as the day-to-day contact for PR agencies across London, New York and Los Angeles
- Coordinate PR calendars, product launches, press appointments and agency deliverables across markets
- Support the founder’s external profile, from press opportunities to panels, dinners and speaking engagements
- Plan and deliver events end to end, from founder breakfasts to full brand launches, managing venues, suppliers, guest lists and budgets
- Own ShopMy and LTK affiliate activity, including product launches, gifting and commission structures
- Track affiliate sales, conversion and ROI, and report on performance with clear recommendations
- Work closely with the Social, Influencer & Partnerships Manager to align affiliate and creator strategy
- Anticipate what needs to happen next, without waiting to be told

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Talents
- You’ve spent three to five years across PR, events or affiliate marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion or luxury, and you know how to keep multiple agencies and markets moving at once.
- You’re commercially minded, comfortable interrogating ROI as much as guest lists, and you take ownership without needing constant direction.
- Experience with ShopMy or LTK would put you ahead, and comfort working directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment matters as much as any single skill on this list.
