POSITION OVERVIEW

Position: PR & Events Assistant
Location: Holborn, London (office-based, not a remote position)
Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm)
Salary: From £30,000

PURESEOUL is the UK's leading Korean beauty retailer, bringing the very best of K-Beauty to customers both online and through our growing store network. We're looking for an organised and proactive PR & Events Assistant to support influencer campaigns, PR activity, events, and wider marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Influencer Support

  • Assist with influencer gifting, outreach, and campaign coordination
  • Organise PR mailers, product launches, and gifting activations
  • Maintain influencer and media databases
  • Track campaign performance and compile reports
  • Support media enquiries and requests

Events & Activations

  • Support the planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups, and launches
  • Coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics, and event materials
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site support
  • Help gather feedback and reporting following events

Marketing Support

  • Support retail, digital, social, and brand campaigns
  • Assist with campaign administration and coordination
  • Help organise marketing assets and promotional materials
  • Contribute ideas for customer engagement and community-building initiatives

Administration

  • Manage stock levels for PR samples and event materials
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget tracking
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and planning documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in marketing, PR, events, influencer marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about beauty, social media, influencers, and emerging trends
