About Us

DeMellier is a London-based brand that was founded with the vision of doing things differently: to design handbags that would make women feel empowered, made ethically and sustainably, while giving back to those who need it most. These principles guide everything we do. All our pieces are crafted ethically in Europe using the finest sustainably sourced materials. We champion equality, and for every piece sold, we fund vaccines and medical treatments aimed at saving the life of a child in need. So far, through our permanent charity initiative, ‘A Bag, A Life’, in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages, we have funded over 2.5 million vaccines. Join us and be part of an award-winning, purpose-driven brand that fosters creativity, collaboration, and meaningful impact within the luxury industry.

The Role

DeMellier is seeking a highly organised, proactive and creative PR & Events Executive to play a key role in delivering the brand’s global events, experiential activations and retail experiences.

Working closely with the PR & Events Manager, the role will have a particular focus on events and brand activations, taking ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of press events, influencer experiences, retail activations, pop-ups and other key brand moments across global markets. Alongside events, the PR & Events Executive will support selected PR, influencer and VIP initiatives, ensuring activity is seamlessly coordinated and aligned with DeMellier’s wider brand and marketing strategy. This role is suited to someone with existing experience in events, PR or luxury fashion marketing who is ready to take greater ownership of projects and build their experience delivering high-quality brand experiences from concept through to execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

Events & Brand Activations

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of DeMellier events and brand activations, including press events, influencer experiences, collection launches, dinners, pop-ups and in-store activations.
  • Work closely with the PR & Events Manager to develop event concepts and translate creative ideas into detailed execution plans.
  • Own event timelines and project trackers, ensuring key milestones, deliverables and deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
  • Coordinate venue research and sourcing, supplier communication, production requirements, catering, gifting, transportation and other event logistics.
  • Support the PR team in managing guest list administration, invitations, RSVPs, seating plans and guest communications, ensuring an elevated experience throughout.
  • Liaise with external agencies, venues, production partners and suppliers to ensure activations are delivered to a consistently high standard.
  • Coordinate event assets, product requirements, samples and gifting, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Provide hands-on, on-site event management and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate post-event activity including product and sample returns, supplier reconciliation, coverage tracking and event debriefs.
  • Maintain event budget trackers and support the PR & Events Manager with budget management, invoice tracking and reconciliation.
  • Produce post-event reports capturing attendance, social and press impact, key metrics, imagery, learnings and recommendations for future activations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
