Summary
The role of PR & Influencer Coordinator is a dynamic role, where you will have a passion for communications, conversations and the power of media, influencers and social media. Be confident in presenting yourself and the brand to different levels of the business externally and internally. Be creative with an attention to detail, striving to bring consistent and relevant new ideas to the table. Be confident to work independently as needed, whilst also working collaboratively as a team player with the Assistant PR Manager, PR agencies and relevant internal teams; to ensure your work is aligned, focused and integrated in the bigger picture, with regular updates provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with Assistant PR Manager to implement key focus of marketing calendars and global PR direction, coordinating strategic plans & local initiatives to support NPD launches and sustain core collection across brands, with a focus on UK/EU Southern markets; UK, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey
- Driving and growing relations across media disciplines (media and influencers) and replying to PR enquiries from wider UK/Southern EU market
- Coordinating Retailer press days as required
- Ensuring seasonal gifting list is current and organized in timely fashion i.e birthday/wedding etc
- Coordinating proposals, acquisition and maintenance of influencer lists
- Maintaining and developing strong press contacts with national, mainstream, niche and online titles
- Coordinating media monitoring system and data storing platforms to ensure they are up to date
- Support coordination of Southern EU PR agencies, ensuring all are equipped with assets and information required for the most productive output and results
- Where we host digital or in person events, support Assistant PR Manager with creation, production and activation
- Support PR Team across administration and day to day activation as required
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience of strong administrative support
- Proficiency in French is highly desirable, though not required
- Passionate about PR, social media and influencer marketing
- Good knowledge of media and Beauty influencers
- Experience dealing with media, digital influencers, formats and best practices for Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube and other social media platforms
- Natural communicator
- Great multi-tasker who works well under pressure
- Operating with discipline and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of XLS
