We are partnered with a well-established and high-profile UK retail group who is undergoing an exciting period of transformation, with a renewed focus on brand, customer experience, digital innovation and growth.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PR & Influencer Manager to join a fast-paced, high-profile retail business undergoing an ambitious period of transformation and growth. This is a senior role sitting across PR, influencer marketing, brand partnerships and communications, with responsibility for shaping how the brand connects with consumers through culture, creators, media and compelling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the influencer marketing strategy across key categories, ensuring it supports wider brand and commercial objectives.
  • Develop and deliver integrated influencer campaigns across seasonal moments, product launches and key brand initiatives.
  • Identify emerging creators, established talent and culturally relevant voices that align with the brand and target customer.
  • Build long-term ambassador programmes and strategic creator partnerships.
  • Lead talent selection across paid partnerships, ambassador programmes and earned influencer activity.
  • Oversee campaign delivery, including briefing, contracting, gifting, content approvals and reporting.
  • Work closely with Social, Brand, Trade and Creative teams to ensure influencer activity is integrated into wider campaigns.
  • Manage influencer budgets, negotiate partnerships and ensure activity delivers against agreed KPIs and ROI.
  • Define and oversee an effective PR strategy supporting wider brand and commercial priorities.
  • Lead media relations, press office activity and campaign launches alongside internal and external PR partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key fashion, beauty, lifestyle and retail media.
  • Support the delivery of strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships from initial briefing through to activation and reporting.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, contracts, deliverables and campaign activity.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing PR and Influencer team.
  • Manage PR and influencer budgets, ensuring investment delivers measurable value.

About You

  • Strong experience across PR, influencer marketing, communications or brand partnerships, ideally within fashion, beauty, retail or another consumer-facing environment.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful influencer strategies.
  • A strong network across influencers, creators, talent agencies and media.
  • Experience managing PR and influencer agencies and external partners.
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent understanding of social platforms, creator trends and influencer measurement.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, culturally connected and passionate about fashion, beauty, social media and digital culture.
