Days/Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm [2 days WFH, flexible depending on business needs]

ABOUT THE ROLE
The PR & Influencer Manager is responsible for growing Khanum’s visibility, cultural relevance and brand awareness across the UK and Europe through PR, celebrity and VIP dressing, influencer relationships, press placements, brand partnerships and events.
Working closely with the Founder & Creative Director and wider Marketing team, this role owns the day-to-day execution of Khanum’s PR and influencer strategy - proactively identifying opportunities that put the brand, our collections and our story in front of the right audiences.
This is a highly proactive and relationship-led role. The PR & Influencer Manager will build and nurture strong relationships with stylists, celebrity teams, editors, journalists, influencers, creators and relevant industry contacts, while ensuring every opportunity is managed efficiently from initial outreach through to product send-out, coverage and reporting.
Beyond traditional PR, the role will also support the commercial impact of influencer activity through affiliate platforms including ShopMy and LTK, increasing product links, shares, clicks and attributable traffic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PR, Press & Brand Visibility
- Own and manage the day-to-day Khanum’s PR inbox, responding to requests and proactively identifying relevant opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion editors, journalists, stylists, publicists and other key industry contacts across the UK and Europe
- Proactively pitch Khanum’s collections, launches, founder stories and wider brand narratives to relevant press
- Secure meaningful press placements across fashion, lifestyle, business and culture publications
- Identify reactive and proactive PR opportunities that increase brand awareness and strengthen Khanum’s positioning
- Maintain up-to-date press lists, contacts and outreach databases
- Track and report press coverage, placements and key PR wins
- Work with the wider team to ensure PR activity supports collection launches, campaigns and key commercial moments
Celebrity, VIP & Stylist Relations
- Work closely with LA Based PR Agency on VIP dressing opportunities
- Manage celebrity and VIP dressing opportunities across the UK and Europe
- Build and nurture relationships with celebrity stylists, talent teams, publicists and relevant agencies
- Manage all sample and pull requests from initial enquiry through to dispatch, tracking, returns and coverage
- Proactively pitch Khanum’s to stylists and talent for red carpets, premieres, press appearances, performances and other relevant cultural moments
- Identify upcoming events and opportunities where Khanum’s could secure meaningful celebrity placements
- Maintain accurate records of samples, placements, talent relationships and outcomes
- Ensure celebrity dressing opportunities are aligned with the brand and support wider PR and marketing objectives

Influencer & Creator Relations
- Own Khanum’s influencer and creator seeding and gifting programme
- Identify and build relationships with creators who authentically align with the Khanum’s customer and brand world
- Manage gifting outreach, product selection, send-outs, follow-ups and coverage tracking
- Develop long-term relationships with high-performing and strategically relevant creators rather than relying solely on one-off gifting
- Identify organic and paid influencer opportunities in collaboration with the wider Marketing team
- Support influencer activity around launches, campaigns, events and key brand moments
- Track gifting performance, content generated, reach, engagement and wider impact
Affiliate - ShopMy & LTK
- Own and develop Khanum’s presence across ShopMy, LTK and relevant affiliate platforms
- Build relationships with creators already driving traffic, clicks and sales through affiliate links
- Proactively encourage product linking, sharing and inclusion within creator edits, wishlists and recommendations
- Seed strategically to creators with strong affiliate performance and genuine audience alignment
- Identify opportunities to increase Khanum’s product visibility and link shares across affiliate platforms
- Monitor clicks, links, traffic and attributed revenue to understand which creators and products are performing
- Use performance insights to inform future seeding and influencer outreach
Events, Activations & Brand Collaborations
- Support the planning and delivery of Khanum’s events, launches, dinners, influencer activations and community moments
- Manage guest lists across press, influencers, celebrities, stylists and relevant industry contacts
- Lead outreach, invitations, RSVPs and relationship management around events
- Identify relevant brand partnership and collaboration opportunities that align with Khanum’s positioning and audience
- Support partnership conversations from initial outreach through to activation and delivery
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Marketing and Operations to ensure events and activations are delivered smoothly and to a high standard
- Ensure events generate meaningful PR, influencer content and wider brand visibility beyond the event itself
Reporting, Relationships & Organisation
- Maintain organised databases across press, influencers, stylists, celebrities and brand contacts
- Track all outreach, gifting, sample movement, coverage and placements
- Produce regular reporting across PR coverage, celebrity placements, influencer gifting, affiliate activity and events
- Monitor which relationships, activities and placements are driving meaningful visibility, traffic and commercial impact
- Share learnings with the wider Marketing and Creative teams to inform future activity
- Manage multiple requests, deadlines and opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

BRAND GUARDIANSHIP
- Ensure all PR, influencer, celebrity and partnership activity reflects Khanum’s positioning and values
- Protect the brand by being selective about the talent, publications, creators and partners we associate with
- Understand the difference between visibility and meaningful brand alignment
- Represent Khanum’s professionally and confidently when communicating with external partners, press, talent teams and industry contacts
- Support the Founder & Creative Director in continuing to build an elevated and culturally relevant brand world
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience within PR, influencer marketing or communications, ideally within fashion, luxury, lifestyle or a culturally relevant consumer brand
- Existing relationships across UK fashion PR, press, stylists, influencers and/or talent are highly desirable
- Experience managing celebrity dressing, sample pulls and stylist requests
- Strong understanding of influencer seeding, gifting and relationship management
- Experience using or working with affiliate platforms such as ShopMy and LTK
- Confident pitching stories, products and opportunities to press and external contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media, creator culture and the evolving fashion and media landscape
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple relationships, requests, deadlines and moving parts
- Commercially aware and able to understand how PR and influence contribute to awareness, traffic and sales
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them
- Strong relationship-builder who understands the importance of thoughtful and consistent follow-up
- Experience supporting or managing events, activations and brand partnerships
- Excellent attention to detail and confident representing Khanum’s externally
PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE
This role exists to make sure Khanum’s is consistently being seen, worn, talked about and shared by the right people.
The PR & Influencer Manager will turn relationships into opportunities - building meaningful connections across press, celebrity, stylists, creators and brands while ensuring Khanum’s remains proactive rather than reactive in how we grow our visibility.
Ultimately, the role connects brand awareness with cultural relevance and commercial impact: securing the placements, relationships, content, links, collaborations and moments that introduce Khanum’s to new audiences and strengthen our position within the fashion industry.
