PR INTERN
DEPARTMENT: PR
LOCATION: LONDON
LENGTH: 12 MONTHS
START DATE: JANUARY 2027
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Assist the PR & Marketing Manager alongside PR Coordinator and global PR team with the day to day running of the PR Department.
Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the PR & Marketing Manager in achieving the department’s key objectives:
- Drive EMV across social channels with influencers & Key Opinion Leaders
- Secure coverage across leading press titles & increase visibility year on year
- Increase share of voice across digital & print
- Support in the organisation of all press and influencer launches
- Assist the department with the booking of travel and compilation of itineraries for all press and influencer trips
- Be the key point of contact for all journalists’ requests
- Handle, fulfil and log all press enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Daily review of media (magazines, news, online, blogs & social media platforms) for coverage and articles of interest
- Ensure prompt and timely send out of all new launches including art of gifting of all send-outs
- Support in the planning, organisation & execution of events for new launches and key moments in-store
- Manage and update the media and influencer contact databases on a regular basis
- Manage all print and online press coverage in terms of collation, uploading onto Clippings platform, presenting and distributing internally and to the International Team in an appropriate and timely manner
- Become proficient in Diary Directory and any new PR software to be introduced, regularly monitoring brand buzz and competitor activity and creating campaigns around influencer activations and events
- Control product cupboard stock and efficiently order stock for new launches and send-outs
- Help compile internal reports and competitor analysis
- Day-to-day administrative duties including using SAP to raise purchase orders and updating the budget tracker
- Ensuring all assets for upcoming launches are saved on the server
- Communicate with all team members to ensure thorough understanding of assigned tasks and deadlines

GENERAL MARKETING SUPPORT:
- Support the PR & Marketing manager and Trade Marketing Coordinator with adhoc requests
- Support with organising couriers or take product to nearby stores for upcoming activations
- Day-to-day administrative tasks including raising purchase orders, setting up new vendors and ordering adhoc requests for stores

Profile
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- A passion for PR and a love of the media
- An interest and awareness of UK fashion, beauty and lifestyle bloggers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis
- Be reactive to journalists needs
- Self-motivated
- Good team player
- Flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced pressurised environment
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Attention to detail
- Eager to learn and willingness to get ‘stuck-in’
- Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
