We work with ambitious brands to create campaigns that get people talking, combining PR, media relations, influencer work, events and creative thinking. Based in London and New York, we offer a fully integrated agency experience across brand positioning, creative & global campaigns, experiential & events, trade advocacy and PR.
We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our PR team. This is an entry-level role and a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in communications and learn how great PR campaigns come together.
You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. We’re looking for someone who is curious, organised, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
What you’ll be doing
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll support account teams across a range of client campaigns and projects. Your role will be varied, with plenty of opportunity to learn from the wider team and gradually take on more responsibility.
Your day-to-day work could include:
- Researching journalists, publications, influencers, trends and opportunities for our clients.
- Helping to build and maintain media and influencer lists.
- Supporting the team with media outreach and following up on stories and opportunities.
- Monitoring and clipping coverage and helping prepare client updates and reports.
- Reading papers, magazines, online and social content and keeping team up to date on relevant slots, writers, articles of interest and client competitor news.
- Researching ideas, trends, cultural moments and potential campaign partners.
- Helping to organise product send-outs, mailers and influencer activity.
- Supporting events, launches and other client activations.
- Drafting straightforward written materials such as pitches, briefing notes and coverage summaries.
- Keeping project information, trackers and contact lists accurate and up to date.
- Helping the team stay organised and making sure agreed actions happen on time.
- Taking part in brainstorms and contributing ideas.
- Supporting with handling of reactive enquiries and stay requests.
- Building your understanding of our clients, their audiences and the wider food, drink and travel landscape.

As your experience grows, we’ll support you to develop stronger relationships with journalists and influencers, contribute more to client meetings and take ownership of elements of campaigns yourself.
What we’re looking for
You might be a recent graduate, have some work experience, or be looking for your first step into PR or communications. We’re more interested in your potential than in you having followed a particular route.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:
- Are interested in PR, communications, media and how brands become part of conversations.
- Are curious about what’s happening in the world and enjoy finding things out.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
- Are organised and comfortable keeping track of several different tasks.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Are happy asking questions when you’re unsure.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Are comfortable taking feedback and using it to improve.
- Are proactive and willing to get stuck in.
- Have an interest in food, drink, travel or consumer brands.
- Enjoy networking and events.

Previous PR or agency experience is useful but not essential.
What you’ll learn
