Hybrid Working - 2 days a week in the office - Wednesday and Thursday.
Are you ready to take the next step in your PR career? If you're an ambitious Senior Account Executive or an early-stage Account Manager who loves media relations and wants to develop into a strategic communications consultant, this could be the perfect opportunity.
We're working with a thriving boutique B2B communications agency that's known for its collaborative culture, high-quality client work and genuine commitment to developing its people. You'll join a supportive team where your ideas are valued, your achievements are recognised and your career progression isn't limited by layers of hierarchy.
The Role
This is a media relations-led position, but it's much more than a traditional PR role. You'll work across a portfolio of exciting B2B clients within marketing, technology, design and digital services and a NFP. You'll be helping to build reputations through creative storytelling, strategic communications and thought leadership. You'll be encouraged to move beyond day-to-day press office activity, gaining exposure to client strategy, communications consultancy, positioning, digital PR and integrated campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
