Our Role
Reporting to the Head of PR, you will play a key role in creating, driving, and delivering PR activity, aligning with our marketing strategy. You will help create and support the development of a compelling PR strategy for all categories across the business, which synchronises with all communications activity under the direction of the Marketing Director including influencer marketing.
Understanding the ambition for the brand and the focus for each season, as well as collaborating with the wider Marketing team, you will drive brand awareness and positioning through strong media relationships, creative storytelling, influencer relationships, and impactful campaigns across lifestyle, fashion, interiors, and beauty media. Responsibilities include supporting influencer marketing strategies and securing talent for influencer campaigns, managing the PR calendar, high-quality press coverage, conceptualising and delivering PR brand events, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, overseeing sample management, and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work alongside the Head of PR on the PR strategy for the business, driving brand awareness, reconsideration, and positioning across all categories.
- Build relationships with key journalists, stylists, and influencers to help drive high-quality coverage for the brand.
- Drive product storytelling and proactive pitching across all categories within all media.
- Own and develop the PR calendar, identifying key industry and cultural moments to support product and brand storytelling, as well as brand campaigns.
- Together with the Head of PR, conceptualise and execute a calendar of brand/PR events in line with business focuses, as well as supporting on all store launches nationally.
- Oversee and manage all elements of seasonal press events, feeding in creatively to concepts and bringing them to life through production management.
- Build excellent relationships with the buying and product development teams, head office, and store colleagues to support brand product news stories and retail launches across target media.
- Together with the Social team drive influencer strategy across categories ensuring the campaigns are delivered on brand and with correct positioning
- Manage PR reporting with regular analysis of results, identifying areas of opportunity.
- Where relevant, manage and collaborate with external agencies and consultants in planning and executing campaigns.
- Oversee all sample management across categories.

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need
- Minimum of five years working in a PR/Communications role, either in-house or within a PR agency, at least two years at Manager level
- A strong understanding of the UK media and influencer landscape; experience working within the lifestyle, interiors, fashion, or beauty industries.
- Strong relationships with industry journalists and stylists.
- Proven track-record of event management.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful PR campaigns.
- A strong interest in lifestyle, interiors, fashion, or beauty and the wider cultural landscape.
- Experience delivering both large and small-scale brand events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with precise attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, self-starter with a high level of motivation.
