This role would require travel to the Loughborough office 1-2 days per week

About you:

You’re an experienced PR professional who enjoys building brands, developing media relationships and creating commercially focused stories that make an impact. You’re confident working with senior executives, influencing stakeholders and balancing day-to-day media activity with longer-term strategic campaigns.

You understand how public relations (PR), thought leadership and social media work together to build brand awareness and executive credibility. You’re a strong writer who can adapt your style for different audiences, from hospitality and national media to investors and senior leaders. You’re naturally curious, commercially minded and excited by how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the hospitality industry.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead proactive public relations activity that positions Access Hospitality as the leading AI platform for hospitality, driving brand awareness across hospitality, national and investor media.
  • Build relationships with journalists, identify media opportunities and create compelling content including press releases, thought leadership, data-led campaigns and executive commentary.
  • Partner with senior leaders to grow their profiles through media engagement, LinkedIn content and thought leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
  • Manage ongoing PR activity alongside strategic campaigns, identifying reactive opportunities and working closely with marketing teams to maximise coverage, engagement and commercial impact.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in hospitality, hospitality technology or business-to-business (B2B) software as a service (SaaS), with hospitality experience particularly valued.
  • Proven experience developing PR strategies, building media relationships and growing brand awareness across multiple audiences.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence senior leaders.
  • Experience using media monitoring, social listening and reporting tools, alongside an interest in using AI to improve PR activity and outcomes.
